Please need help with errors in product pricing / facture

Hello,

After loosing my job last year I am just working on a webshop selling wines and other local products by Internet.
I have been looking around for a way to create this webshop and started using Virtuemart 2.0.20b with Joomla 2.5.11
For this website i already payed a designer for the template but now after starting with the program he is not correctly making the invoice for the orders.

Problems that occur are a "discount" on the invoice where there is no discount applied and not in the shopping chart.
Tax is not calculated correctly.
Total price is not calculated correctly.

I'm really completely lost now and don't have a idea how to solve this.
If someone would please help me out in this to fix it hopefully for not to much money i would like to get in touch by Skype for example and give you access to the website it self.

I really hope someone can and will help me.

Is the website live?

If not, you should think about upgrading to vm 2.0.21H

then ew can look at the problems you may have - likely to be configuration :-)
