custom css layout for billing and user info pages

Hey, i'm trying to find where virtuemart retrieves the data for the fields and field labels for the billing address, shipping address and user info pages so that i can add my own classes and styling to the labels and inputboxes.
having looked extensively in this directory first: /public_html/store/components/com_virtuemart/views/user and then in general in other places, i am unable to locate it.

what i want to do is add custom classes to the shopper information fields as well as address fields. how could this be achieved?
