USPS Shipping Issues with setup (alatek)

I have downloaded and have setup my USPS module. During a test, I received this message:
Please select a shipment method

We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order.

I am not able to see any options...I have tried to have the following shopper groups (blank, default and anonymous). The list order was 0 and I changed it to 1. I am not sure what to do to fix. I haven't been able to set this up correctly.

Do you have any ideas?
