iDealCheckout "A fatal error occured" after Order Confirmation

Dear Virtuemart Forum,

Recently I installed iDealCheckout on our new website, as it had been working perfectly before.
However, got a new host, which did not allow our old website, so we upgraded to Joomla 2.5.9 and VM 2.0.20b, our current setting.

I tried reinstalling iDealCheckout, follow their insturctions and got it installed.
However, after I confirmed an order and wanted to pay with iDeal, it gives me a blank page with the following text;

A fatal error occured

We also had the problem of "the new iDeal" or "iDeal 3", and had to upload new certificates, which went fine.
Our bank is ING, and we have an ING Advanced contract.

Currently I have disabled ordering stuff in our webshop, but if someone wants to try to, I will enable it for you.

Did you ask the iDEAL Checkout people for support?

Yes I did.

They asked for the error log, but after that they did not respond.

However, this problem is solved. We bought ccIdeal Platform, which worked within 5 minutes.
