How are things going on editing an order?
I really need the ability to edit orders. Especially ship-to address.
E.g. customer has made a mistake in their address and emails us later. Should we honestly tell them (some are new customers) that we have to cancel their order and they have to pay again? And we will refund them, which can take up to 28 days....
Or we made a mistake and want the warehouse to add extra stuff for free...not possible either!
I am really waiting for this! Is there an update in the works?
