Too many people new to VM are asking questions that have already been answered - sometimes many many times.

This is causing terrific problems for those who volunteer their free time to help out and try to answer the problems of other members and repeated questions are likely to be ignored.

Please, please look through the forum first. Use the search facility (advanced search is really very good).

Then if you really cannot find the answer, you may ask your question, or state your issue, or post your solution in the most appropriate form section. Remember to post a url to the live site to save timewasting by someone having to ask for the url before they can actually see the problem.
