I am trying to find the file where could I edit the layout of order confirmation email, but cannot find it. Would you please help me to locate this file? VM 2.0.20b.

components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl

make a override and copy the files, which you are like to change to

your_template/html/com_virtuemart/invoice
