JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 830

Every time i am trying to configure shop details i am receiving this message JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 830 and can not save the changes.

Also now that i have started some trial orders from the site i am getting a a pop up window as per the attachment.

Why i am getting this info?
How do i remove them so the customer do not see them?
And how i fix the user with ID 830?

I have done that and now i can not login on the administrator page. I get the message "You do not have access to the administrator section of this site."
Please advise.

"You do not have access to the administrator section of this site." is a Joomla message. You have removed your superadmin status!

I'd use phpMyAdmin to fix it the database.

I check this, and is not working,administrator numbers at database is already,without needed to change them to 42.
Ι make new admin account,but error is still the same.
I can't save informations on shopper information tab.
