Price and quantity question

I'm hoping there is a simple answer to this but i have a feeling that's not going to be the case.....

My client has products that are available to purchase in set quantities, with a different price for each quantity. However, each product has a different quantity range and you cannot purchase any quantity other than the specific ones stated on each item.

For example;

Product 1
300@price 1
500@price 2
1000@price 3

This product cannot be purchase in quantities other than 300, 500 or 1000.

Product 2
100@price 1
250@price 2
500@price 3

Again, this product cannot be purchased in any quantity other than 100, 250 or 500.

Is this possible and if so how?
