How to add shop name or website name on product images in VM2

Is there in VM2.0.20b an plugin or an code to be implanted for the shop name or website name to be printed on product images automaticaly when i upload an product image to the web? ( like in attachment ) i need just a simple text to be printed on each product photo, thankyou in advance for sugestions.
