Shipment rate currency

Hello to all

I use Joomla 2.5.9  and VM 2.0.20b

I want to set specific currency for some of shipment methods.
Default currency of the shop is US$
I want for some shipments to be on local currency (BGN)
In VM 1.x versions had such option

Is there solution for my problem?

I think this must be integrated and mandatory - every international store need this i think

Did you try to add your currency?

There is no option to choose currency in version 2x.

how do i have to make a shipping rate like for the first item purchase $10 , 2 item purchase $15 , 3 item purchase $20  . That means per purchase increasing rate is $5.

Absolutely agree, I ran into the same problem: the shop default currency is different from the shipment method currency.
I just updated to VM 2.9.4 on J! 3.2.3, still no option to set currency in weight_countries shipment method.

Please give us a hint or update in VM for this problem.

I fully agree to it.
It's just irritating when a customer use fe the currency switcher,  but see in cart  a different currency for shipping.

And 2nd would be great too, when not only the currency is selectable but the descriptive fields are translatable too.

I just wish there would be a bug marathon and hackathon just concentrating on the multi Lang feature to fix and close all open issues or unhandled areas...
Doing all this by overwrite Parameters is not the best way..

The descriptive Fields are already translateable, imho. Else please explain more exact what you mean with it.

You can add the shipment currency yourself and donate it to the core or buy a membership http://extensions.virtuemart.net/support/virtuemart-supporter-membership-detail . If we have the equivalent of two bronze, I willl add it to vm3.
