functionality needed orders assigned to sales man for commissions

hi

i am new in virtuemart, i have read a lot and i am realizing that is a great component.

i have a client which needs a feature that i have not found yet.

he has sales men, so even that the shoppers (clients) will make orders on line, each order needs to be assigned to one sales man, so we can determine commissions.

can this be done with virtuemart? extentions? plug in? via shoppers?

i hope some one can help me
