Can't install the Modul mod_virtuemart_category and mod_virtuemart_product

I have updated my shop from 1.19 to 2.0.18. Everything was ok, but my mod_virtuemart was not installed. So i tryed to install separately from the folder com_virtuemart.2.0.18a_ext_aio. i have ziped the module and installed. But two modules not work.

Error:
JInstaller: .....................................tmp/install_511cad88185e6/mod_virtuemart_category/language" not exist.

JInstaller: ......................................./mod_virtuemart_product/tmpl/default2.php" not exist.

You cannot do it that way. You should make a new install of the aio component using Joomla's extensions installer. It won't overwrite any products etc. As there may have been a problem with the previous install of aio I suggest using the .tar.gz aio package - from com_virtuemart.2.0.18a_extract_first.targz.zip

I allready install com_virtuemart.2.0.18a_ext_aio.zip again, but it was the same. I can see the folders in the modules but not in Module Manager in the Backend.
