Just wondering

is it possible to have the cart set up so that you go through all the process EXCEPT making the payment. Instead you fill your basket, make sure your details are correct and press submit at which point an email goes to the store owner saying "Fred Blogs has made this order"

Have a client how wasn't going to have the check operating but has just asked this!

That system is called purchase order - and yes, you can do it with VirtueMart.
