virtuemart users per country

so
i think this is bit difficult question, and i do not know if it  can be done my somehow.

i have a website with virtuemart 2.0.6 and i want to make 2 partners from brazil and from russia...
they want to sell my products but they told me that they want to have tracking of the users from brazil and russia each one
is it possible to make users in virtuemart to have them log in and see the tracking only of each country of each one?
i suppose this is dangerous for my website. idn t it??
and how else can  make this happen?? to  show them the sales from theri countries so they can be sure that they get their part of money?
