Hello
I have a problem with my website. I use 2.5.7 joomla and  2.0.18a Virtumart. The problem is that i have a "call for price" button on my products but when someone writes a message and try to send it, a 500 error page is appears. Ofcourse no message is coming to me. I would appreciate any help. Thanks a lot.

What exactly does the 404 error say? What shows in the server error log file?

Check using the Beez joomla template. And update Joomla to 2.5.8 - as 2.5.7 has bugs.

I've changed the template to beez2 but nothing happened. Still the same. Any other ideas? How do i enable ask seller??

parmast

Just solved it! Well, there are two buttons available. The one is "call for price when there's no price" which i unchecked. There's a second button which says "ask a question about this product". I checked that and i enable it. It works fine. I didn't even know that there are two buttons. Thank you all for your kind help!

Well there is a problem on that. In the contact form i write my name and email on the fields required but the incoming email doesn't have this info displayed. Anyone know how to make clients name and email be in my recieving email?

are you using a template override?

parmast
