From Cart to Credit Card Authorization Form

Hello All

I am making my online furniture store website on joomla. I am new to joomla.

What I want to know that If there is a customer who has already added 3 mattresses to the cart & now he wants to checkout.

As soon as he clicks on checkout I want him to submit a credit card authorization form.(A form displays for him to fill the fields).

That form should auto populate the selection that he did of 3 mattresses and then ask the customer to call us or pick it up. This form should automatically be emailed to me(store owner) that such such quantities has been added.

We expect the customer to come to the store verify the ID with credit card info & they can take the mattresses.

Currently I have virtuemart in this furniture template.

Any help will be appreciated. I am really new any help or directions would be appreciated.
