After going through products, general, users I started on migrating the orders (around 14K of them).  The transfter occurred without any error messages that I could tell and showed it being completed (all blue screens).

My settings:
- unselected "rewrite order numbers"
- selected "Use the vm1 order id as vm2 order number "

Unfortunately a few things happened / didn't happen:
- the VM1 order number came across and was written into the vm2 "order_number" (Good)

- while the records are coming across correctly for those that come across (I have only checked the orders tables) yet I am missing 5480 out of 14K orders.
- The funny thing, is that the missing orders are in three blocks.  Ie not random orders scattered throughout the table.
Eg.
Orders 1 to 2000 appear correctly.
Orders 2001 to 4000 are missing
Orders 4001 to 7000 are ok
Orders 7001 to 1000 are missing
Orders 10001 to 12000 are ok
Orders 12000 to 14000 are missing

If I try again (either Everything or Orders only) I get the following message
0 orders processed 17057 done
- I only have 14K orders not 17K?
- No additional orders appear

Lost ?  Don't know where to begin resolving this.  Is there log files I can open to learn more?  Given that the missing orders are in batches, is it likely that an error was hit and then it stopped processing but kept writing for a period of time?

While waiting for some advise, I will process this again on another server to see if there is any difference - I hope.

Also, is there a way to batch this so that I can move forward a little at a time?

Thanks in advance for any help

Edited:
- I increased my max execution time to 400 and memory 2048 and this time the processing of the orders went straight through.  However, it did not add all the orders - there were more (not much but still more).  The messages in blue were

What does it mean by processed 18791?  If only have around 14K orders.
