Cant complete an order

Hello everybody,
I have searched the forum and no effective solutions I have found regarding my problem. When I confirm an order , it seems it doesn't redirect to paypal. Infact I cannot move from the order confirmation page at all. Could you please look at this problem and at least somebody advise me to the right direction.
