Updated to 2.0.16 and my website stopped working.

My website stopped working as I updated to vm 2.0.16

The links just go to white blank pages all together.

Forgot to say I run joomla 2.5.8 and I use norwegian language pack.

Strange,

What is the subfolder you have install joomla? can you access on the joomla administration page? If yes, can you disable url_rewriting atm and also SEO?

Also please check your joomla error log file and enable error reporting to max from joomla backend configuration...

May be a broken installation or something ...

The folder is www - I use siteground hosting.

Not sure how to set error reporting to maximum and more important I would not know how to read it.

The url rewriting is off and the seo has never been used.

Automatic install and this has never been an issue all the time I have been with siteground.

Any other sugestions? I give access to admin if needed.

Your joomla error log file is located under logs/error.php

I assume your can access your backend, you could try to reinstall vm2 by downloading and install the tar.gz files (one for vm core and one for aio).

I do not feel competent enough to start fixing this issue.
