UPS module - different prices

Hi, can someone please help.
We are using istraxx shipping module on our shoping cart.
Module calculate shipping rate. But we need to create shipping at UPS, schedule a pickup and print a label for package.
We deicide to do that manuely on their site. Login on UPS and do that things manualy.
Only thing that is confusing is that prices for shipping are different on site that is calculated from module and on UPS site.
How can we make this to work exactly the same?
