iStraxx UPS Multivendor Shipping

I am running VM 2.0.14 and iStraxx UPS vm2.0.6_1.15

How do I enable multivendor shipping so that shipping is calculated based off items for each vendor.

Currently when I add a second item to the cart from a second vendor, the price only goes up by $1.xx. The plugin should calculate the price based off two separate shipments since the second product is being shipped from a second vendor.

Can anyone confirm that out of the box all shipping calculations are generated off the vendor with the lowest ID's address?
