On my product-details page links look like http://sitename.com/shop/category1/category2/category3/product.html, but at the same time, links  http://kamvideo.ru/shop/product.html are work. Is it possible to disable the generation of long links, but leave a short?

Use URL Canonicalization to iset your preferred URL's to search engines.

Canonicalization is the process of picking the best url when multiple choices available.
