New version...I'm lost. Product Downloads

This is my first install of VM on Joomla 2.5.  I have been trying to figure out how to set up to allow download after purchase of a digital file.

I had now problem in past versions but it appears things are moved around a lot and I cannot find it.

Someone please enlighten this dummy as to where to find and how to set up a product download after payment in VM 2 in Joomla 2.5

You will need an external component for downloadable products in VirtueMart 2. It is no longer included like it was with VM1.

I think it is absolutely rediculous that this is NOT a feature that is included in VirtueMart, and even more rediculous that we should have to pay for it?!?!?!
