Pay Later

Hello,

I am using joomla 2.5.6, and virtuemart 2.0.12f. Now i am having requirement that user will place an order first without payment, after words i will upload the contents for his/her order from administrator section. User will get a notification to pay and download contents.

Is there any extension is available which can work for me in this manner? Or any other work around for this?
