I purchased a product ( power sander) - confirmed the order and all looked good. Set the rating in configuration that showed that I could write a review , It says I di rate and write a review - Nothing shows on the front end - even in another browser.

see  settings and configuration - i went back 3 times and made sure I actually purchased the product.

It will allow me to rate and comment if I am registered.
