Could not ccess file warning

Hi

When the order is placed through our site, the next screen says:

"Thank you for your order. Please wait while we redirect you to Cardsave for payment." Underneath this wording it says:

"Could not access file: Could not access file: Could not access file: Could not access file"

Any idea how to remove this?

Hello,

forgot to mention your vm, joomla and php version. If you use a third party payment plugin you should also ask the plugin vendor because may the problem is there and not in vm.
