Looking to hire a Virtuemart designer to modify layout

We need the "Product Detail Page" and the "Categories" page to display a list of product sizes as "Add to Cart" links.

Basically I need it to Output as follows:

Size    Sku#   Price    Add to Cart Button

Not sure how much this is worth but hopefully it is a simple php change
