Jquery issues on product pages

Cart issues on product page

Having a weird issue...  I need to remove jquery form Virtuemart to use the main one I installed jQuery++ Integrator just getting too many wacky issues.
Disabled through the cfg file? sicne the dev.virtuemart is currently down I don't know what else I need to do to make things work?

What cfg file?

Disable it in the admin.

VirtueMart > Configuration > Templates Tab > Activate Css Styles & Javascripts Block

• Using the VirtueMart jQuery - OFF
• Using the product Scripts - OFF
• Use external google jQuery library - OFF
