VM2 offline credit card emails not being received with 4 digits of card.

My client has bought the payment module for offline card processing, I've installed it for her and run a test transaction to find that she isn't receiving the email with the last four digits.  She's checked the spam box and it's not in there.  Any ideas?

I see there is a 'fix' for earlier versions.   Should I upgrade to Virtuemart 2.10?

It is always good to use the latest version.
But why you do not receive the emails from VM?
You do not receive the order emails at all?

Hi, I've played around with it and now I've got the confirmation which is great.   I uninstalled the plugin, did the VM upgrade, then reinstalled the plugin and set it up again.   I've also tested it with several of my email addresses, so what I'll do now is sort out if the client's gmail account is likely to cause a problem at her end.
