A basic cart with one menu

Hi all,

I just want a basic cart. I managed this a few years ago but I've forgotten everything. I've done a clean install of Joomla 2.5.6 (with sample data) and Vcart 2.

It just used to be product thumbnails on the right and a simple Vcart menu on the left like this,



The menus currently looks like this,

It's asking me to 'assign the component VirtueMart to a menu item', but I want Vcart as the only main menu (like in the old my pic). I don't want to assign Vcart to a menu I want to delete. I want Vcart as the main menu. I'm using the Beez5 template.

Can you let me know what to do with the menus to get me going please? What's the obvious thing to do first?

You can assign VirtueMart (not Vcart) to a main menu item with the main menu module published to a non-existent position on the template.
