VM 2.0 "Product finder/suggestor" needed

I am Looking to create an extension/module similar to this:

I do have some sample PHP that accomplishes a similar action in Wordpress Ecommerce. 

I would like quotes for a graphic version and just a simple questionnaire version.

I can provide pseudo-code for the decision engine for product choosing.

Can be a good start and is easy to be create sliders and stuff like this using its own fraemwork
