Virtuemart.2.0.8e - Unable to save Shop Details, missplaced and undefined Tabs

Greetings,


First i wanna say that i did try to find a solution on the forum before posting this.

Details:
-Fresh joomla 2.5 instalation (note: also inatallation of templates and a few extentions)
-Fresh instalation of Virtuemart.2.0.8e

Issue at hand;
-Can edit but cant save the Shop details (name, currency etc..)
-There are undefined tabs all over, example on the Shop/Shop tab, i see the following tabs (vendor, undefined, undefined, undefined, Additional Information) in that order, the last 3 tabs have nothing on them.
-Some tabs have info that "should?" belong to other tabs. Example: when creating a new product tab i see the following tabs (Product Information, Product Description, undefined,Product Status,Product Dimensions and Weight,Product Images,Custom Fields) in that order. The last tab haves nothing on it, and the undefined tab haves the info/boxes that should be on the "product status" tab, product status tab have the info/boxes of ProducT dim. and Weight tab.


i hope someone knows whats going on and a fix for it...

ive upgraded mine from 2.0.6 to 2.0.8e?

Just upgraded to 2.0.8e

from 2.0.8c  and the shop details are totally missing??? 

using joomla 1.7.2
php 5.3

Other than that the shop is functional except
- cant modify custom fields on the back end.  cant add or edit any on each Product Page.
