OK the weirdness has struck me again mates :-\

When I upgrades to any version greater than VM2.0.6, me wee shoppers suddenly disappear like fairy dust, poof, gone ???

The shoppers that remain are myself, the the site owner, and another user assigned as a JM manager, the rest, off in the digital ether I suppose :-\

Any ideas as to what gremlins be causing such mischief, mateys :o

Addendum: Also I cannot ADD any new shoppers when using any VM version >2.0.6 :-\

Joomla! 2.5.6 Currently VM2.0.6 PHP Version 5.2.17
May the Cloud be with you :)

Anyone have a clue yet as to why this is happening?

I really would like to upgrade one of my older sites but I am still having the problem described in the last post!

There has to be an answer to this, something I am missing maybe?

Is there no one else experiencing this problem?

Same issue. Update from 2.0.6 to 2.0.8e and all shoppers were dropped except Admin. Anyone find a solution? Is there a way to import/migrate from Joomla users if no orders have been placed?

Actually, I may have updated from 2.0.8 to 2.0.8.e.

MIlbo I am the one who strated this thread and I had ramp back to VM 2.0.6 in order to keep my current users also :-\

And another thing, VM will NOT let me add any users either once I upgrade from 2.0.6 :-\
May the Cloud be with you :)

I was planning to roll back but I can wait if needed. Let me know how I may be able to provide the information you need.

Thank you.
