Custom fields not working on one site but is on the other

My Custom fields are working on one site but are not on the other.

I am trying to create different color options with different prices.

I have created a custom field as per the image attached.

When I go to my product and then the custom fields tab, I click on the custom fields in the list and nothing happens. The value and price fields don't appear.

Please help!

I've tried 3 different joomla jquery plugins... enabling no conflict etc, but still can't get this to work.

any ideas... please?!

hello, whats your version of joomla and virtuemart, on both of your sites?

Hi

Using the latest of both.

VM 2.0.6
Joomla 2.5.6

when I first noticed this i was still on joomla 2.5.4 - so updating didnt help.

I know that there are multiple jquery libraries on the site:

yootheme template
jce editor
jomsocial
virtuemart

also using - kunena, yootheme ZOO, easyblog

do you have all the same plugins on bith sites, if not try disabling on by one and see if it works, it will help you get to bottom of it, other then that i dont really know what elise you can try.

No I don't. The one is a simple site, basically just uses VM.

The other is a community site, using all the components I mentioned above. I need all the component and plugins that are installed - so even if it is one of them causing the issue, I need to find a way to make it work.

i thats fine, the reason i say to do this, is as soon as we know whats actually is the issue (if it is a plugin) it will make it easier for people to help fix or might be a update or other people with the same plugin and the same issue elise where who might have got it fixed.

I've tried disabling loads of the plugins but am not having any luck.

any ideas on what to disable?

Finally found it. It was Jomsocials Azrul system mambot

Got to love Joomla and its forum.

The Azrul plugin was my issue as well.

Now it works fine!
