Adding specific address only when selected?

Hi All,

Im am needing a little light shed

I have setup a online store that allows for two shipping options, either its FREE to a specific address or you can select the flat rate shipping option which then you fill in the address you want to ship the products to.

I cannot use the default profile/billing address due to this online store being used by companies.

Is there a plugin that will give me the option that once you've selected the flat rate shipping option it drops down a fieldset that you fill the details in.

Can the standard built in VM2 system work?
