Wrong currency showing in admin

I have set our only currency to US Dollar.  However, in the product admin area, under "Product Pricing", There is a grayed-out field of "Base Price" and "Final Price" that appears to be set to the Euro (I've double-checked to make sure that I've not enabled this currency and it is off).  Additionally, on the product list page of the admin section, the "Price" is displayed as Euro.

Grrrr....how do I get this fixed?

Do you mean you have set the shop currency in 'Shop' - 'Vendor' (and the "List of Accepted Currencies") to US Dollar, unpublished all currencies except US Dollar in 'Configuration' - 'currencies' (you can do this when you don't need to enter cost prices in other currencies) and the currency dropdown in the 'Product Edit' view still shows "Euro"?
