Skipping to Shop at checkout

Hi All,

I have built a shop in Virtuemart 2.

When I go to my cart and click "checkout now" I get prompted to pick a shipping method. I pick one of the 3 I have set up and then "save" but it takes me straight back to the category view of my shop.

Can anyone help?
