Am getting error code
Which error code and which Joomla version? (might be a good idea to turn on 'Debug System' in Joomla in order to see more details)

First, in VM2 administraton, go to 'Tools' - 'Tools & Migration' and click on 'Install tables or if necessary update them'.
If that doesn't solve your problem, you can try another update (to version 2.0.7d) and click on 'Install tables or if necessary update them' again.

The "xml not found" usually means that you didn't unzip the update file first. After unzipping the file you should have two independent zip files, one for the VM2 core and another one with the "All in One" installer. vmdebug self::$_jpConfig->lang nl_nl.
That line is just an information from VMDebug, no error code.  It just means that your default front (site) language is set to Dutch. However, from your description I still don't know if you installed the dutch Joomla language pack only, or also the dutch VM2 language pack. You need both dutch language packs.

The dutch VM2 language pack is a zip file which you can install with the Joomla Extension Manager, just like any other extension.
The latest version is available for download here: http://gruz.org.ua/virtuemart-language-files.html

If you still have problems after installing the dutch VM2 language files, please check this first (if you didn't do so already): http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=101280.msg335740#msg335740
