After moving site URL has changed / SEF on

Hello, i've moved my website recently to another host. Before moving my site the URL was sitename.com/categoryname/productname-detail

Now the URL displayed is sitename.com/home/root/categoryname/productname-detail

Joomla's SEF is on

My site has J2.5 and VM 2.0.20b

How can i fix this?
