VirtueMart 2.0.2 display all checkout on one page

At the moment, the user has to navigate to 3 separate web page for shipping and payment and address.

How do I make all address fields, shipping and payment options on one page?

I tried Shoplab but it only changes the colour scheme. Can I do the above without Shoplab - most simple solution please.

I decided to buy the Shoplab one page checkout but I uploaded and installed the plugin and moved the html folder as stated but it does not work - I get no template formatting for the cart page, just plain fields. The rest of the site is beez 20 still. Any ideas?
