jos_virtuemart_manufacturers problem

In my Table jos_virtuemart_manufacturers  The Column  virtuemart_manufacturercategories_id ... all rows have the same Number.
In Back End administration We cannot Delete.... or add multiple manufacturer categories like (i think) it should be...
