USPS Plugin Config Help

Which version of Vm are u using? the USPS plugin should work for the version  2.0.6 of VirtueMart.

Ok, I got it to get past that error by upgrading to Virtuemart 2.0.6 or whatever the latest is. Now I am having the same problem as the first guy, with the USPS error code:

Description Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect.

Hi

usually when you get that error it means that your account has not been activated. You can check with USPS if it is the case.

The username and password are the one given by USPS for your account.

BUT This woman that I am setting up her site has used her username and password for a very long time, so it must be activated already.

I get the following error when attemping to run my shopping cart with this plug in:

May be you have set up some restrictions like the Shopper Group?
If the shipment method is available for everybody, then this parameter should be left empty.
If this is not the problem, please provide a screen shot of your configuration parameters.

I almost had it working...

I signed up for USPS web tools and received a USPS API username. I entered it and the USPS package prices finally listed! However, when I chose one and pressed continue, I received this error:

What did I do wrong now?

It is a function that has been added int the VM 2.0.6.
You have to update your VirtueMart.

I just downloaded yesterday and it is version 1.07 and it is the only shipping option i have. in config i have it set to automatically select.

i go to check out and it says select shipment method. i do and then i get error

Yes I did update my VirtueMart to 2.0.6 like I had mentioned in an earlier reply.

i am on virtue mart 2.0.6 and i'm getting the error message. i put in the correct usps account logon but no where in the plugin to enter the password. anything else i need to do?

i am on vm 2.0.6 and just purchased the sups plug in yesterday. i don't see place for password only logon which is correct. i am still getting error though Usps Response Error

Yes, the password is actullay not required when you are only requesting for rats.

My experience with this error is that your USPS account has not been activated. Contact USPS to ask them to activate it.

Ok, so what do I do when I get this error

and my Virtuemart, as I said before, is already 2.0.6?

Sorry to be possibly annoying, but every time I get this closer to working, something else shows up.
