Conditions of Sale

hello, I'm trying to create a shop on VM2 and joomla 2.5.4.
You know how I can integrated the Terms and Conditions in VM.
In store, seller, although there have a block Conditions of Sale, but I can not enter information in to block. Have you a solution?
