Set discount on Shopper Group

I am using Joomla 2.5.4 and VirtueMart 2.0.4

I have two extra shopper groups, except the default one, in which i would like to add a percentage discount for product prices. I will add the users by myself, i will decide which users will be members of this group. But i want for a member of this group to get a discount price.

How can i accomblish this? Please provide me step by step instructions.
