Selling Downloadable Products via VirtueMart 2.0.6

I am trying to setup downloadable software for sale using VirtueMart 2.0.6.

I have scoured this website, I have looked in the manual, .. I have navigated the component.

I have attempted trying to link a media file to a product, but I have no idea how to accomplish this.

Is there a help file, a training video.... anything that explains how to set up downloadable products in VirtueMart 2.0.6?

I am willing to pay.

UPDATE

I have gone ahead and purchased the plugin/extension that enables Virtual Products.....

Now I'm having issues getting it working, ... and getting the virtuemart modules to display on the front-end... it seems I run into one problem after the other..
