I have just done a fresh install of virtue Mart 2 on a brand-new installation of Joomla! 2.5. We have created several categories and subcategories. Some of the thumbnails are appearing and some are not. There seems to be no rhyme nor reason as to why some pictures show and others don't. They are JPEG's, not too huge, all directories that need to be seem to be writable. I can't figure this out and the client's getting pissed.I've searched the forums and I can't find any answers. Some people claim to have had similar problems, but I don't see any helpful replies.

HI,
Do you see the image in BE category edit view ?
if yes in the media manager verify if the category images are set as category image.

I do see them in the back end. Yes, the images are in the category folder and the path is pointing to them, but they don't show in the FE.

You're welcome to use the log in info to go in the back, if you want to see for yourself.

Thanks.

Is there no one that can help with this?
Wanted to add the system info, too. Login info is still valid, if anyone would please take a look and help a guy out.

I can't see what your problem is, but it lookslike you have set to show 3 categories in each row. There is discussion on the forum for RT templates, eg see http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=101081.msg334775#msg334775
