Shipping Configuration

I am having issues with VM2's shipping modules, whenever I fill out a shipping rate and add configuration, e.g.


lowest weight - 0.0
highest weight - 1
shipping cost - 3.49
package cost - 2.21

whenever I save and go back in, everything has been changed to the following:

lowest weight - 0
highest weight - 0
shipping cost - 0
package cost - 0


does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

I have just tried dropping the table:

jos_virtuemart_shipment_plg_weight_countries

but the problem is still there

iv worked out that whenever  select:

"vm shipment, by weight, zip and counries" - it doesnt work

when you select

"vm shipper, by weight...." it does

BUT

"vm shipper" isnt selectable on the front end

I deleted the "vm shipper" plugin, but now my vm shipment configuration tab is blank

I HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM

When i upgraded from the RC3 I did not uninstalled plugins first.

Uninstall plugins and then re-install the vm aio
