Where is the order in VitueMart administation ?

I just placed an order on my webshop and everything went ok, no errors. I received an email that somebody placed an order.
But how can i see this order in the backend. If i look in at Orders & Shoppers -> Orders, it is still empty ? Where is this order ?

Here is the same problem from somebody else. Never answered.

We had the same problem and for us it was a problem with how VM handles administrators.

The orders only shows up when logging in with the vendor user, not for any other user you have set up as super user.

Thanks. I though i could log in as an administrator and see all orders.
How can i create a vendor user ?
