Setting up Paypal payments.

Is there a step by step tutorial that shows how to setup Paypal with Virtuemart. I see the sticky at the top of the page but that is from 3 years ago and things change. I have been trying to get the API module setup but that seems to be going no where and keep getting an error that no credit card type was selected but there is no place to select a credit card.

It would be nice if there was one for each the legacy version and the API version.

Don't know too much and I can't seem to find any to give me answers. It seems to work with the html form checked for me, but mine takes me to the wrong PayPal location (UK instead of US). goodluck
